Once upon a time I threw all my fitness gear (dumbbells, body ball, stability ball, bike and golf clubs) and left Michigan and drove to Seattle WA. I stopped in great places for bike rides and to explore towns on my own.

Last September I cycled through Tuscany (on my own) on some ridiculously steep mountains. But there was a great Chianti Classico waiting when I was finished.

I am fun and funny, down to earth, don't sweat the small stuff, adventurous, authentic, genuine, kind, open minded, positive, honest, confident, trusting.
